Improving therapy compliance thanks to the contribution of the MRE

Proper use of medicines is crucial in the treatment process.

Various factors play a role in this and can contribute to better treatment compliance.

With a subsidy from the MRE (Metropoolregio Eindhoven) and the Economy and Innovation subsidy scheme, Pharmi and Bright Cape are investigating developments for an even smarter, digital medicine coach.

Our goal is to reduce incorrect use of medicines by optimally attuning the digital information provision from the pharmacy to the wishes of the patient.
With the help of the MRE subsidy, we worked with a Pharos test panel to gain more insight into appropriate icon usage, how to avoid difficult words, and optimize navigation.
This makes Pharmi even more patient-friendly to use.
We also conducted motivation research in order to be able to offer more and more personalized services in Pharmi.

And last but not least, the MRE subsidy helped us to develop the foundations of serious gaming in Pharmi and to build new data science concepts.

Thank you Metropoolregio Eindhoven for the support!
